- Implemented entity-scoped access to the Permissions Service, enabling resolution of a $300K customer churn risk and garnering interest from the Benefits team.
- Reduced p99 page load time of the User Permission Details Page by 50% (10s to 4s) by optimizing several API endpoints as part of a company-wide performance imperative.
- Delivered observability improvements by adding tab-load metrics for the Permissions App in Datadog, enabling targeted performance tracking.
